Remote Access Suddenly Not Working

Earlier this year, I switched ISP and now I’m behind CGNAT. I could not for the life of me figure out a way to make direct remote access work until I found this reddit post. Following all the steps and using feste-ip’s port forwarding service I made remote connections from IPv4 and IPv6 work perfectly for a little over 6 months, until today.

Direct remote access currently does not work from any device, I’ve gone ahead and tested if both IPv4 and IPv6 can be accessed through port checkers and both show the ports open. It seems that everything is working fine from feste-ip’s end as well. Could this be an issue on Plex’s side?

Have you considered reaching out to your ISP if they can give you a publicly routable IP address (some kind of CGNAT exception)?

Just updating here to say that it probably WAS something Plex-related because remote access is working perfectly again using the method I linked above.
