Inputmapping in GUI

Hi, I have only been using Plex for about a week now, and I am very happy with the software.

But one thing that I find quite irritating is the inputmapping on some devices. I am talking mainly about the “jump back/forward 10min” command for Plex on the XBox One and (to a lesser extent) on my Smart TV.

The “jump back/forward 10min” command is mapped to the up/down keys. On the XBox One controller they are not only mapped to the “up/down” of the D-pad but also of the two joysticks.

Every now and then, when I pick up the controller during a playback, I accidentally nudge one of the joysticks up or down. The movie would then just jump all over the place.
And since this command not only jumps excatly 10min, but also jumps chapters (if there are any), you cannot just jump back to where you were but have to manually find your place again.

I saw your howto on inputmaps, but that does not help for PMP on the XBox One for example, or a SmartTV. I have no access to the PMP file tree on these devices (unless someone here has a solution?).

I would really like to be able to remap the inputs in the PMP GUI somewhere. Per device of course. If that’s not possible, then at least just restrict the “jump back/forward 10min” command on the XBox controller to the D-pad, please.
I presume that the same goes for the game console controllers.

Or has anyone a solution for me that I have missed?
