Installed latest update and can no longer tune to live channels

I am using a Windows 7 server. I have Hauppage dual hd tuner. This is the second “upgrade” I have executed with Plex and as happened with the last “upgrade” I lost the ability to tune to any channels with the live tv dvr. I will do now just as I did before and go back and install an older version when Plex used to work. This is really frustrating that the last to upgrades have provided the same results. I paid for a lifetime pass specifically to use the live tv dvr. If Plex can’t figure it out this time I am going to look elsewhere for a product that works.

Can anyone at Plex help me with this. I am unable to use live tv dvr with the last two server updates. It’s rather frustrating to pay for a lifetime pass for the sole purpose of the live tv ability and I can’t get any help from Plex on this issue.
