Installed PMS on Seagate Personal Cloud (newest version) but site can't be reached

Installed the latest PMS on my Seagate PersonalCloud via manual install in the app manager. Appears to be running okay, but when I attempt to open it says that the site can’t be reached. I temporarily turned off my firewall to see if that was the problem, but it still can’t open. I have other apps installed on the personalcloud and they open just fine.

Is the file type of the media server correct? I.e., armv7.rbw?

Any suggestions?
