Unable to connect to the media server

So I’m unable to connect to my plex server to administer it on my Seagate Personal Cloud. I’ve upgraded the version to the latest version.

When I try and access it from within the Seagate software it sends me to http://10.0.0.45:10002/web/ and it says refused to connect

If I replace the port with 32400 it successfully sends me to the log in screen, but then it just gives me generic plex content and has no servers listed, when I go to my media it tells me I need to install the software etc. When I go and look at authorized devices Personal cloud shows up but says it’s been a month since it connected

Interestingly I know plex is running because my phone is able to connect and play content. When I try and connect using my Roku TV, it says “PersonalCloud is currently unavailable”. Funnily though I can tell my phone to play content on the TV and it works fine, can even us the TV to go to the next episode of something.

Any suggestions on how I can log onto the server to check settings etc to get plex to talk to it again?
