A while back I made a report concerning watch sync history not syncing well with Plex servers below:
Problems seems to recur intermittently. How I notice it is when my watchlist continue watching row is inconsistent with my personal media continue watching row. I use the same player all the time on Nvidia Shield, which is also acting as the server. I have also noticed that it affects users within our Plex Home sometimes. Is syncing affected by intermittent internet? Not sure exactly what to do to troubleshoot. Syncing is enabled on all players in our home on all user accounts and the server uses Plex media agents on all relevant media. It’s essential considering how fragile the Nvidia Shield server is. I have had to restore it a couple of times already this year. Sorry about the categorisation of the topic, wasn’t sure how to place the issue.
