Could not find a “Web login not working section” and this was the closest match.
I am somehow locked out of my web account and upon trying to reset my password or logging in through app.plex.tv I get this error message:
“Internal Server Error. Something went wrong on our end”
I am able to log into my server using my internal Ipadress.
Please advise on how to reset

I am having the same issue. I know my password but it will not let me login. I tried to reset it and get the same error as others.

still not working. the green flag refers to https://status.plex.tv/
they say all their systems are operational. But they are not. clearing cache doesnt help.
Same here, Plex installed on my NAS but can’t login on my laptop and TV won’t connect, but strangely my mobile is connected and I can play content even though I haven’t downloaded it.

I’ve been using Plex for approx. four months with monthly Plex Pass, would love life pass but this has made me rethink.

Got it, and yes i have also tried clearing the cache and trying on other computers.
My Ipad app is claiming that “houston has a problem”
FYI this is the only time I’ve noticed this happening in all the years I’ve had it. I am also able to play content rn, just unable to add/edit users.

On Plex status in the histogram plex.tv is down…
