When trying to log into plex on google chrome I’m getting Internal Server Error. Something went wrong on our end. I also can’t click Continue with Google. I then tried using Opera Browser and still had the same issue.
Staff have responded on this post which is the same: Login issue. Using the correct login info
Same problem here, cant seem to resolve it.
Getting this on my iPad and my android tablet. Is Plex being shut down? Seems like the authorization servers for user logins is down. Back up when you can!!!

Same here. When I try to login with email (as usual), it doesn’t work giving the same error.
When I click login with google for example (as I did now for writing here, otherwise there’s no chance) it works… looks pretty much like the auth servers are having problems?
Same problem her Had to log in as alias…
Did you also notice that any attempt to log in offline is gone also.
This means now that if you are a lifetime member, you lost period.
Seems more and more control is on the horizon no matter where you look.
Same issue for me. Unable to switch users on my local network, and get the error just trying to sign into plex.tv using my iphone off wifi.

I am having the same issue. I’ve tried multiple computers as well as different web browsers and I still get the same error. I had to create a new account just to post this. I’ve never had an authentication problem like this before.

Also status.plex.tv shows everything is operational. Is this site really reliable and reporting the status in realtime?

Same here. Unable to access through plex.tv, different browsers and operating systems. How long is plex usually down for?
Same here, it’s happening to everyone. I expect some kind of nonsense is happening on their end. I’ve been logged in to my account on all devices for at least a year straight now all of a sudden my passwords don’t work and I keep getting “Internal Server Error” messages…
I guess we just have to wait and see what transpires.
Same here. Can’t login online, PIN not working. If you have a guest account don’t log out of it. Sounds like an issue on their end
This is the first time in the 4 years I’ve been using it that this has happened

Funny that this was happening to me yesterday 7/6/2020 (not today). My power went out but server is on battery…It was only out for like 5 seconds then came back on… anyway, I was moving something to my hard drive and I noticed when I tried to go to the server I couldn’t…it said I needed to claim server then log in, neither of which I could do…then I came to forum and saw plex was having an API issue…but after about 10 to 15 min’s it was fixed and I could log in. Since then it’s been fine.
