Internet + Internal network totally changed. Plex no longer able to play any content. Where 2 start

Last weekend I got new a new internet provider, new Cable modem, new wifi router and am no longer using a wireless dongle on the PMS.
Plex no longer will play any content on any device within my network. XBOX ONE, Roku5000, LGApp. It can find the Plex server, it can see all movies, music, playlists, channels etc. When you click on any media type it churns for awhile and then gives a “Content unavailable, Sorry Couldn’t load requested content”

The Android app works fine (assuming that it is coming in remotely). The PMS server plays content fine within the browser.

Now i have made several big mistakes in my initial debugging effort before coming here: These include but are not limited to:

  • I update PMS server software
  • I deleted all Plex apps off of my Roku (the old setup had 2 different Plex, one “normal” and one which had a banner that said PlexPass, it was a preview edition from a long time ago) Both versions worked fine. I downloaded the latest version from the official Roku store (12/19)
  • Changed all of that network stuff (wireless server to hard wired directly to WifiRouter)

I can provide tons more information, and I can assume that i did the basics (rebooted everything, each device sees my server and the thumbnails, recently viewed etc,)

So where to start?

Tried to browse a channel on my roku and then tried to start a movie.
