Intros not generating, even after weeks of idle/scan time

Generate intro video markers has been enabled/as scheduled task and when media is added, but no intro detection occurs.

I know it’s scanning the library when I’ve configured it to, and I know it’s finding new media when I add it, but I’ve never seen the active dashboard showing “detecting intros” or whatever it says when it’s doing the task.

I’ve had it work in the past, even though it takes awhile to analyze everything, but since I’ve last installed it, no go.

Anyone have an idea what would cause this and how to fix it?

UPDATE:

Intros eventually began working again. I’m just guessing it’s the amount of media present that is causing the delays in generating.
