Invitation to Plex Home keeps hanging on login

I have been trying to invite my wife’s plex account into our Plex Home for weeks now, so that she can use the app on her mobile device.

Every time she clicks on the link in her email, it prompts her to login and when she does so it hangs as a spinning circle indefinitely. She’s left it be for twenty minutes at a time and it never progresses. We’ve tried this a half dozen times at this point, and the result is always the same.

Can anyone point me in the right direction so that we can get our money’s worth out of the Plex Pass I purchased earlier this year?

Ignore the email. Have your wife log into the Plex app on her phone, she can accept the invite from there.

Edit: 1 possibility for this issue is that the email is going to 1 email, but your wife is signing in with a different email. Double check the email you are sending the invite to, and the email on the Plex account she is trying to sign into.
