Invite code does nothing

Hi, a friend of mine sent me an invite link.
I logged into Plex before clicking on it, but after I clicked on it, literally nothing happened.
No tick box, and, their server isn’t showing up.

Any ideas?

If you have several email addresses, verify that the invitation was sent to the same email address that is connected to your plex account.

If it was sent to the right email address, you can accept or deny the invitation also from https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing

Thanks for your reply.
I did that however there is usually a tick that you click on, to confirm however nothing showed at all.

Then the user either retracted the invitation, or it was sent to the wrong email address.
