Invite error when trying to share my media with another person

When I send out an invitation for another person to share my media when they click on the link to accept the invite they get
"Hmm, an invite error…
Sorry we couldn’t find the server that was shared with you it could be that the person who inivted you may have cancelled the invitation, or the link in the invitation email may not have been preserved correctly. "

Yes I have removed the invite and then resent three times now, but when the users clicks on the link it gives the same error message.

Tell the person you have invited to go to app.plex.tv
When asked to login, tell her to use the exact same email address, which you used to invite him/her.
After logged in, tell her/him to click on this link https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users/friends
There will be a banner at the top, which asks the user to accept your invitation.

btw. if the person wants to use the iOS mobile app, (s)he must either buy it with a one-time payment in the Apple Appstore
or
you must invite him/her again, this time into your Plex Home.
(S)he will then inherit the right to use the mobile apps for free from your Plex Pass.
However, this will also activate Fast User Switching.

Nope didn’t do a thing. Took her to her account and nothing more.

Can she click on ‘Sharing’ under ‘Family & Friends’, on the left side?

WE got it Otto, thank you for your help. The problem was she had setup two accounts and she was logging into the wrong account with the app. She accidently setup to log in as facebook and realized that her gmail account was different. She deleted her facebook signed in account and logged in with the gmail and it worked perfectly.
