Hello
I have an account and shared my lovably with a fellow plan user but they get an error when following the link. Can anyone tell me how to get a new link?

If they haven’t yet gotten a Plex account… they can sign up to Plex (via https://www.plex.tv).
Once they have done (or if they already got an account), they’ll see the pending invite under https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/users-sharing → see “accept invitation via web site” on Creating and Managing Server Shares | Plex Support
I’ve added the user, shared the library, made sure it can be seen by people outside my network and they get an error.
Anyone can help would be amazing

What error is that and with what step exactly are they getting it?
I’m getting the error….”hmm an invite error”. I’m receiving the email and accepting the invite but when it brings up the webpage, I get that error.
How can I resolve this?

Looking at the originator Plex account….I see invite pending. when i go to the user’s account (That I’m inviting) i don’t see any pending invitations.
Can you double-check you got the e-mail address correct?
Email address was correct. I had to reset password, for whatever reason, to get the invite.
