I have a friend whom I share all of my libraries with. They have recently moved in with me so I have added them as an invited home user but all of my media says ‘Unavailable’ and gives a playback error when they try to watch it on one of my devices using their home user account.
This all works perfectly on my account so I am 100% the files are there and the invited user can access the media on their own device logged in as them, eg iPad.
I have been a Plex user for many years now so I thought I was quite literate in all things PMS but this one has stumped me. I think I have overlooked something really simple?
Can anyone pint out my obvious mistake?
