IOS After update libraries tab is empty

After updating to the new app, I’m unable to see my libraries in the library tab. I’m able to search and start playback that way but the libraries tab just shows a spinner.

Welcome to the new app. It’s not a bug - it’s a feature. Reported that issue in beta some time ago but no one cares from Plex…
How big is your library?

That’s unfortunate to say the least :frowning: My libraries total a little over 8tb.

I’m having exactly the same issue, and it persists after restarts of the server and host devices! This is shocking service, especially with no option (as far as I’m aware) to roll yourself back to a version that actually works…

Same problem here. Library tab empty, spinning white circle.

I have the same exact issue, infinite spinning circle with the new app, everything updated to the latest version.

In my case if i change user , the library loads. Seems like its only the owner account?

Something that may or may not be related, when I went to favorite libraries Plex had selected my libraries from an old server with a different server name. I added my current server libraries to favorites, but there wasn’t a way to remove the old server as they didn’t appear under “show all libraries”. It didn’t fix the problem, but it made me wonder of it’s hanging up looking for a server that’s already been removed from Plex.

I think you maybe on to something. Im in a similar situation where that favorite tab shows library names from old servers. I deauthorized those servers from the web interface but they still show in the app. I think you are right that the request to these old servers is just hanging.

On my iPad, the app shows my movie and TV libraries but says the server is offline or not available.

On my iPhone, it briefly says offline with a crossed WiFi symbol.

On my Apple TV 4K, which apparently is the same app, not this New Experience, it sees the library just fine.

I have the same PMS version as the OP.

Briefly my iPad saw the libraries but not since. And I had dozens of gigs of downloads but it says I don’t have downloads. In System Settings iPad Storage it showed the Plex app with over 76 GB of documents so the New Experience app fubared the downloads I had for an upcoming trip.

But I can no longer access my libraries on my mobile devices. May have to install Jellyfin.
