Experiencing multiple issues with latest iOS App update.
I am able to play any content from my server via Search or Continue Watching however I am not able to access any ‘Libraries’.
Selecting a specific ‘Library’ or ‘Libraries’ from the main page UI it just shows a blank page and doesn’t load.
When on the ‘Libraries’ screen that is continuously failing to load, selecting the library name at the top left to switch selected library shows 2 old libraries from my old Mac server under favourites. I’m unable to see these anywhere else and there’s no option to remove/delete them.
The recent post telling people to download logs and links to how log-2025-04-27T00_16_17.585Z.zip (21.0 KB)
is outdated. It says to go Settings > Advanced > Download Logs. However there is no advanced setting in the latest iOS version. I had to go Settings > About > Download Logs.

Tried:
Log out iOS app / shutdown iOS app / shutdown iPhone / Reboot Plex Server / restart
Adding Guest and Managed user.
Upgraded server to latest version (version listed above)
Symptoms on iOS:
Libraries tab shows “No Libraries Found”
Long-press on Libraries button shows zero Libraries, only links to Plexamp & PlexPhotos.
Searching for content on iPhone app does not find content on the server.
Web app on iOS & PC finds Libraries like normal.
Same issues on iPhone and iPad.
