iOS app activation infinite loop

I restored my purchase for iOS app activation on my daughter’s iPad. My purchases are shared with her on Apple familiar sharing.

Using my administrator account on Plex (installed at her iPad) all works fine. When using her limited/child account, the app asks for activation. But only administrator account can make purchases and it is purchased already!
