iOS app crashes or plays 2 tracks at once when moving to the next track

I currently have a number of playlists set to download music locally to my phone. I basically shuffle all the tracks on my phone and listen to them locally. While playing music, I’ve been running into a few issues that I think are could be related to each other:

  • When moving to the next song automatically, Plex crashes (Plex is in the background, playing from the lock screen) - this doesn’t happen often.
  • When moving to the next song automatically, the next song shows as playing on the lock screen and moving through time but doesn’t play anything. If I unlock the phone and open Plex, Plex shows the song is “playing” but stuck at 0 seconds. Pausing and starting does not help. Skipping to the next song and going back does help (if the next issue doesn’t occur)
  • When skipping to the next track (and maybe previous track), the previous song and the current song will play over each other. Whichever track that I’m attempting to skip will be very low volume in the background but definitely playing. Pausing and resuming doesn’t help as both songs continue playing. Only force closing and reopening the Plex app seems to help.

These issues don’t happen every time that plex moves or skips to the next track but at least 1 of the above seems to happen daily. I can’t really seem to get any of them to work reliably, but they will happen eventually.

I do have logs with verbose enabled from the time of at least the third issue as that happens often.

I now have logs for both the second and third issue. Is there a good place for submitting bug reports with logs? Anyone from Plex able to help me out?

Both me and my family members have seen the two audio tracks playing at the same time. I have gotten a eat full from them saying ,”Plex sucks”. Come on Plex. Can you fix this bug.?

Just pointing out that I’m still seeing the 2 tracks playing over each other often.
