Plex for IOS - Hearing multiple songs played at once

I can hear multiple songs being played at once. It usually happens when I start skipping songs in a playlist. If I force close the app and start over then I can pick up and play again normal for a bit but it comes back after a while.

To me it seems like it’s playing the next song in the queue. So annoying.
