Hi… I’ve been having my Plex phone app but just recently I don’t see my movie library… I deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing… but I can log in on Plex direct and it shows all my movies… can someone help plz… thanks
Update your Plex Media Server to the latest public release (version 1.19.3 as of yesterday). Afterwards you might need to reboot the server for this hiccup to go away.

Some server platforms support automatic updates, others don’t.
Apparently even the platforms that support such an automatic update can get stuck (for whatever reason)… there’s a number of users with similar issues and many were surprised to see they’re sitting on a server that hasn’t been updated in more than 2.5 years…

exact same issue here.
Shows on iPhone and web, but not showing on iPad… I dont want to delete as I have a load of media synced, which I dont want to re-encode and download as it takes so long…
