My iPhone app has also stopped working. Nothing was changed in my phone or my home network, and my other devices with Plex (my television, my Ps4) continue to function perfectly. The iPhone app can “see” my Plex Server but it is not loading my library folders into the sidebar. Advice?

update the server (Plex Media Server app) – latest version is 1.19.3 (publicly released yesterday) reboot the server if the libraries still don’t show… try to force-quit the app on your iPhone before trying it again
