Since a couple of updates ago, it shows my WD Home device OFFLINE when it’s not. Therefore, none of my local content is displayed in the app. The web based version and Plex server work fine. I tried to apply a solution I read here about turning off the secure connection setting on the network setting on the server and lost my content on the server as well. Any thoughts?
I’m not sure if it’s something to do with the recent iOS 15 update or a problem with Plex after their recent update but it’s been two weeks since Plex has worked on my iPhone 12 and I have spent hours troubleshooting. Plex has given no indication they are looking into this problem despite multiple posts on these forums from people about the same issue. I am very frustrated.
