Hello, when I connect to my iPhone running iOS 15, it detects my Cloud home offline and I can’t access my content, yet on my Apple TV, Samsung tablet, computer on windows, everything works, I did all the manipulations possible but on my iPhone my server is still offline. The version of the plex application is 7.24. If someone could help me solve this problem. Thanks
Same problem here. Mycloud offline according to iPhone and one of my Apple TV’s, yet working perfectly on smart tv and another Apple TV.
I’m having the same issue just in the last day. Works fine on the desktop web player. Apps on all TVs and devices are toast. NAS available as a drive on the network
Roku TVs also work fine. Seems our apple overlords must be to blame
Hi, try go to settings in Plex Android/iOS app. Select Advanced and change Allow insecure connections to on same network. Mine is working now 
I’m having the same problem. Can view on all devices except our Iphones. Does Plex even reply to any of these comments?

thanks for this . It worked perfectly on my andoird phone however the same setting isnt on the iOS app. Any ideas ?
Mycloud home on Plexamp stating offline. I am able to access mycloud through their app. Seems as though plex cannot pick up mycloud. Was working about 5 days ago, then stopped outside network. Everything works fine in home WiFi environment. Super frustrating

Same problem here—My Cloud Home is showing as offline in Plex on iOS and iPadOS. Quite frustrating.
Same problem here. I can connect to Plex on my iPhone and iPad, but not the AppleTV. Very frustrating. Running iOS 15 on all the devices, but had the AppleTV problem before upgrading.
Thank! This worked to fix my Android TV. I didn’t have this issue before, so maybe an update changed some settings.
Hi im having the same issue as well, onn my iphone and ipad too.
The issues you are having is due to expired certificates, or something that isn’t supported with the version of PMS on the My Cloud Home NAS. Unfortunately WD has not released a newer firmware bundle with an updated Plex Server.
The posting below is related, and has a workaround, but I do not recommend allowing external connections to your PMS NAS if not using an encrypted connection. Disabling encryption on the NAS should fix most local network connection issues.

Same problem on 17 November; clearly an iOS 15 incompatibility, as no problem accessing MyCloud serving on iPhone running iOS 14.8
iOS upgrade of Plex App. (7.25) does not solve the iOS 15 -WD MyCloud incompatibility. Are we waiting on a WD MyCloud firmware update?
