PMS no longer working correctly on WD My Cloud Home

Hi there, I am a bit of a novice really and don’t know all the acronyms, but here’s my issue:

Recently the Plex app on iOS has stopped showing the contents of my WD My Cloud Home (which is running its own version of Plex Media Server). I’d say the iPhone app hasn’t worked since around the beginning of October 2021.

On the iOS app my server is simply showing as OFFLINE (in white text on red background). However it is not offline, as my Apple TV is pointing at the same server and is able to play my content without issue.

The Plex app on WD MCH hasn’t been updated since Feb 2020 and WD support says it’s nothing to do with them and they can’t help me.

I’ve disabled, rebooted, reset, lost playlists, set up again, etc. etc. - all of it, and the iPhone app still isn’t showing the server as online.

I can only assume the WD MCH app itself needs to be updated by Plex - but there’s seemingly no customer service, only this forum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I mainly use Plex for downloading videos to my iPhone to watch on train journeys, which I now cannot do. Thanks!
