IOS Camera Upload doesn't work for "All Photos"

Player Version#: PlexMobile/7.13 (iPhone; iOS 14.4; Scale/2.00)

I’ve been trying to get camera uploads working on my phone, and the only success I’ve had is if I specifically select which photo’s Plex has access to on my phone. If I select “All Photos” it fails to upload anything whether I upload manually or automatically.

I have the server and plex player logs, but I’m not sure how to attach them to this post.
