iOS can't connect to server when on same network

Player Version#: iOS version 8.22

Able to play content on my Windows PC via Chrome and MacOS via Safari but my iPhone 14 cannot find the server.

  • Have logged out and in again on the app.
  • Plex WebUI says the server can be remotely accessed.
  • Logs report this:

Critical: libusb_init failed
  • However was able to play through Chrome with no issue right after.

Hi, it’s very likely that you are experiencing the same issue as here Cant grant permissions to access local network on new iPhone. A fix for this will be in the next version 8.23, which should be available to public next week.
