iOS Error

I got this error Message, while trying to play a channel on my iPhone 11 with Synology Server and Plex App for iOS.

Anyone any idea?

Try changing your device dns serve, I had this issue on my Apple TV when watching live tv as the player was trying to resolve the dns entry for the external domain name for the Plex server, switching to using cloudflare 1.1.1.1 on the device solved the problem for me.

On your iOS device, go to Settings > Wifi > Click the blue i next to your wifi ssid and scroll down to configure dns click manual and make it look like this
