When clicking on Live TV the page starts to load and then an error shows. This issue did not happen in the old Plex app. See attached screenshot of error.
Same. Only iOS is not working. I have Google TV, tvOS, and Roku clients and they are all working as expected. But iOS is not working at all.
Works on my Apple TV, web player, but not on the macOS app nor my iPhone via the iOS app.
This issue is still occurring. Again, it works on literally every other client but iOS
Plex engineers. This has been happening for almost a year now are you gonna fix it?

Same. iPhone app cannot stream Live TV when connected to same WiFi as host server. Server is Ethernet connected. Plex app on Apple TVs both wired and wireless work correctly. I’ve hacked at my docker configuration as well as my router configuration for many hours. Adjusted advertising for docker image and hard coded dnsmasq values for plex.direct domain. No luck. There is nothing that works. This is entirely a problem with the iPhone app and can only be resolved by Plex fixing their problem. For now, the only workaround is to go iOS Settings > Apps > Plex and turn off “Local Network”. (Optionally turn off Cellular Data.). You will be able to stream but all traffic will be routed externally across the internet.
I’ve had no issues running Live TV - either Plex Channels or Live TV & DVR channels - on iPhone iOS or any other client. But, I’m not running any virtualization or containers. Just a dedicated Ubuntu server running Plex.
