What app version, specifically, and what’s the device you’re using?
This is also happening on my iPhone SE 2020 Edition.

As mentioned I would have listed version but could not find it anywhere…

Hi, this seems to be a compatibility issue with the bold text setting, but I think it might be iOS 14 beta only, can you confirm if you’re using the iOS 14 beta? EDIT: Never mind, think I got it to happen on iOS 13 too.

I’m currently using Bold Text with:
iOS 13.5.1 IPhone SE 2020,
Plex App Version 7.1
and I still have that problem with the enlarged icons with the plex app.
This bug still persist on Plex App Version: 7.2.
Its not extremely large than what is shown from the first post but it does not fit with the nav bar that it suppose to be in.
The first photo is when Bold-Text is used in the Accessibility Options of the IPhone running:
IOS Version 13.5.1
Plex App Version: 7.2
The second photo is when Bold-Text is turned off the symbols in the navigation bar is the proper size for my iPhone SE 2020.
If its possible to some how set Accessibility Option for Bold-Text to disable for the icons of the navigation. That would probably fix overall problem. Not sure if there’s an easy way through Apple API.

Still happening in version 7.5.
I’ve notice that it happens when I trigger “Scan Library Files” from the app.
Aaaaand still persists in 7.5.1. Really? Over two months and a bunch of releases later?
This will be addressed in a forthcoming release 
in 2022?
