iOS media sync not showing up on plex web and vice versa

iOS Version: 13.4.1

I recently had an issue with the library not showing up, and to try fix it I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but now my sync from web player shows nothing even though I have something synced on my phone and when I try to sync from web app, it converts but doesn’t sync to the phone.
