I’ve recently found that when I try to sync context for offline viewing, it sticks on 0% - concerting (0.0x) but never progresses. I have previously sync’d content within the last 2 months fine. This happens on all context I’ve tried to sync recently.
Does anyone know anything about this please?
Do you get the same result independent if you trigger the sync from Plex Web or your mobile client?
I’ve just tried triggering it from the web app to my iOS device and get the same issue of it never getting off 0% - concerting (0.0x).
Please go to Settings > [Server Name] > Manage > Troubleshooting, click Download Logs and upload the resulting ZIP-file here.

I was hoping for your server logs… not the client logs 
Edit: could it be the video you want to sync is simply larger than the available 13 GB on your phone? – usually that should give you an error message… just checking if the issue could simply be Plex not properly showing that alert/warning
