I’m having the exact same issue as described here:
When using the iOS app, I can only select either Original Quality or something between 0.3 Mbps and 2 Mbps. I am connected directly, Remote Access is fully available and works on other devices, Internet connection is strong (1Gbit/s Upload) and I have of course set everything to maximum on the iOS device (remote streaming/cellular data). I can log in to plex.tv using safari on iOS and select all Quality settings (0.3 - Maximum) perfectly. It seems to me that it’s an issue with the iOS application.
Can someone confirm this?
