iOS Remote transcoding options limited to 720p 2mbps or 4K original when using cellular data

Hey there, so here is the problem: in the iOS Plex player app, transcoding options limited to 720p 2mbps or 4K original when using cellular data. Low data consumption mode is turned off, relay turned off, I have full access to my server, and the bug appears only when using the cellular data, wifi works fine. Every cellular data saving option is turned off in plex play. I can choose other transcoding options in the global settings but not individually.
