I started a thread last year in which I reported when I view media offline on a mobile device (iOS) and then the mobile device is subsequently synced, the corresponding media on my server still shows unplayed. The server is not updated on television shows where episodes have been viewed so it incorrectly posts the wrong episode in the On Deck section. Movies that were watched offline are still unplayed on the server. Even after a sync.
They are never going to fix this. They do not care.
