Hello, hoping someone can help me. I purchased the one-time activation for my iPhone to be able to play Plex Movies through it and I read that i would be able to play it on my sons iPhone as his apple ID is under my family account but it doesn’t seem to recognize it. I double check my apple settings and his account is definitely listed under mine. Any advice?

I saw that post and followed the instructions but doesn’t seem to work for me for some reason?
is there an error message or anything? would probably need to see the iOS logs from your sons phone. Is the restore purchase button greyed out, or still clickable?
The restore purchase button is clickable and when I click it, it says “Uh Oh! No previous purchase could be found for the Apple ID…”. I went to the iOS logs section of the phone but I don’t see any Plex items in the list.
You need to do it through the app debug settings. It attaches the logs to an email which you can send to yourself
I figured it out, I didn’t have Purchasing Sharing enabled on my phone! Thanks for your help!
