On iOS I have purchased the one time pruchase to activate/unlock Plex for iOS. I tried to share that purchase to one of my family members but when I tried to Restore the pruchase I got the following error:
No previous purchase could be found for this Apple ID. You can activate this app with a one- time purchase or a Plex Pass subscription.
In Apple family sharing the purchase sharing is enabled, the account that made the purchase is the admin account and all of the devices are up to date (iOS 18.2).
I have already contacted Apple’s support, and based on that everything is set up correctly, and the purchase should be redownload-able on the family member’s device too. They reccomended to contact the Plex support for further assistence.
Based on that article (https://support.plex.tv/articles/218697747-can-i-use-the-in-app-purchase-with-family-sharing/) it supposed to work on that device too.
I have tried to delete, reboot and then download again the app but without luck.
