iOS only unlocks 1 device after payment

Hi All,

I just started using plex with my synology NAS, I have a new account which I am testimg. I’ve set it up on my macbook, everything works as intented. I’ve checked my iPad, and I saw a popup telling me I can only use the iPad as a remote, unless I pay a 1 time fee. I’ve looked up how does it work online and found this article; Unlocking or Activating Plex for iOS | Plex Support

It mentions that: „ The purchase is tied to your Apple ID. You can download and use on any iOS device, when using the Apple ID that made the original purchase. The purchase does not extend to a different Apple ID, nor does it extend to other app stores, such as Amazon or Google Play…”

However on my iPhone I can still only watch 1 minute of the video (I’m using the same Apple ID).

Does anyone know how to fix this?
