Just upgraded to the new plex iOS app. I’m running an iPhone15 using 18.4. As soon as I upgraded I lost the ability to use the app. When I launch the app, I select my account, the app crashes. I have installed the app and reinstalled several times and it still crashes.
I have a lifetime plex pass and it stated when I was forced to upgrade the app. One bit of information is that when I sign in, it says that another device is also trying to log in. Any help would be appreciated.

I didn’t have the same issue as you, one of my devices is an iPhone 15 Pro, running 18.4 and Plex doesn’t crash in the same way. Sadly I can’t give you any real confidence things will get better if you find a way past this initial issue, the iOS/iPadPOS app in my experience won’t get you past more than 30 minutes of use without some kind of crash.
The only thing I might suggest for your issue, check that the Plex app has permissions to “Local Network”. Go to settings, search, type Plex and see what you have.
