Ios plex app rejecting local server connection

Issue: local plex server always show offiline on the plex app on ipad, but works fine on other ios devices. Log file from ipad shows this line: “PMKConnectionManager.m:701 | Rejecting connection due to local network privacy not approved”.

Any suggesdtions and advises would be greatly appreciated.
