Any help or ideas to try? Never had an issue with Plex like this before.

I have also been having this same issue with the Plex client for iPad. It has been randomly occurring multiple times during any movie or TV show I watch. My logs show the same error.

i have similar issue, i can connect to my Plex server via a browser, but using iOS or via my LG or Vizio tv it has the same can’t reach server issue

Same issue here trying to connect to my Synology. Has been working fine (mostly) for at least a year or so until a recent iOS app update. Now it can’t connect at all.
