iOS Plex app won’t load since update to iOS 15.3

Yesterday my Plex app updated on both my iPhone and IPad and now it won’t Load on either device. I updated both devices to iOS 15.3 today and the Plex app still won’t load on either device. It works fine on windows OS.

I just updated to 7.28.1 today, and Plex on my iPad ver 15.2.1 is unusable. Plex opens I can see the library but it is unresponsive and incredibly slow. It was working fine yesterday, this has only occurred since the update to 7.28.1.

Same issue here. Show started, froze and then everything just crashed.

Actually I just fixed it. I totally deleted the app off both my iPhone and IPad including all data. Did a fresh install on both devices and that fixed it.

That’s great! 4 phones, 3 Apple TVs, 2 Ipads and my PC…just fn’ great. I’m assuming you have setup your library again like its completely new?

I just updated to 15.3 on my iPad OS and this problem was still occurring.
Just tried your fix to delete and reinstall and it seems to work. Thanks!

Just uninstall and reinstall the app… no biggie.

No, actually your computer where the database is should be fine. Start with the IOS devices. Delete the apps off of them only. Reinstall the apps and log in and everything should restore the way it was. You will not lose your content from the server.

Ok here is what I did… totally deleted the app off and uninstalled all content. Then went to App Store and re downloaded and logged back in. That fixed it in both devices.
