I have convinced my wife to purchase her own Plex Premium Account and when she logs into Plex on the web browser she can see my media server and libraries that I have granted access to her. All files play fine through the web browser.
When she opens Plex in iOS for iPad (Client Version 2025.27.0 (1288), Platform Version 17.7.10) and goes to the library page there is an “Uh Oh….somethings not right” error saying you might not have access to this media server.
Any clue what’s happening as to why I can see the granted libraries in the browser but not the app?

Are you using the latest version of Plex Media Server? If not, upgrade.

I’ve tried inviting her numerous times to access my library. She gets the email to accept and then after clicking we can see all the access on the web browser but as soon as we go to the iOS app the libraries do not show up. Log in and out doesn’t make any difference and neither does delete and reinstall.
A bit disappointed to spend $99 as we go on a long haul flight today and can’t download any movies from the server to watch 
Make sure your wife is logging in with her plex account. If she signs in with Apple or Google, maybe those are at properly.
Thanks for suggestion. Not sure I understand. She set up a plex account using an AppleID which plex premium Is charged against. If it’s an appleID problem how come when she signs in with web browser then all my libraries are visible but when signing into the App with the same credentials shows an error and no libraries available?
