Hi, I purchased iOS app activation but after restore my phone, I can only watch movie but no download. I already deleted the app, logged out on App Store, download it again and sign in on Plex, but it still shows me that the purchase is restored, even without restore manually by myself. It weird. I rebooted my phone lot of times and doesn’t works.
Help please!
The app activation is not a Plex Pass. You do not get the Download feature with the app activation.
