I only want some sync items on my iPhone and other sync items on my iPad. However, I don’t see a which device option when I push the sync button and everything syncs to both devices. Please advise.
It’s a “pull” to the device. So if you open the app on iphone for example and browse to the files you want then you select what to download
From the Plex web app I can see different devices to choose to sync content to, so I’m going to try that route.
However, it would be nice to be able to sync content to just one device rather than all my devices when initiating a sync from the iOS app.
Update: even though I selected iPhone from the Plex web app as the destination for my content to be synced items are still being synced to my iPad for some reason.
I’ve also noted that my listed devices will change. For example my iPhone will appear and then disappear from the list of options to sync to for some reason.
Seems like a bug.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Delete and re-install the app on one or both devices
