IOS sync stuck at waiting for server

Running Plex Media Server Version 1.11.1.4760 on WIN10

Uninstalled Plex Media Server and reinstalled, changed the Profile folder and still unable to sync content to my IOS devices. Content stays at “Pending” and Plex states “Waiting for Server”.

Please help, as I cannot find anything else to do in the forums.

Hi,

I just had the same issue. Click on the status symbol on your server, then click on conversion button. Mine had paused, hence causing the message waiting for server.
As soon as I clicked resume, syncing worked as normal :smile:
