iOS synch not working correctly

To this day i still had to deal with this issue: iOS update 6.0 won’t show synced playlists in the download folder

So just to make sure i deleted the app from my phone, unregistered the phone from the server and started over. Now not all playlists will finish downloading. Furthermore those playlists that are finished, still do not show up.
