After the latest update, playlists do not sync to the iPad. The playlists tab shows “No content”.
I’ve tried sending it from the server and fetching it from the app without any success. Reinstalling the app produces the same issue - videos sync but playlist tab still shows “No content”.
I have the same issue syncing music playlists to iOS devices. The content gets downloaded, but the playlists itself are not shown, the tab shows only “No content”. It works on Windows client.
Tried with multiple iOS devices over months, thus it’s not a problem of my device.
Server version: currently 1.20.2.3402, also 1.20.1 and before that 1.19.*, too.
Current iOS App version: 7.6.1

For the entire 2020 synced content has not worked. Somehow it does not seem to bother you that your users beg for their synced content. month after month neither have you acknowledged the problem nor have you released a fix.
I have decided to follow your example “all threads closed after 3 months “. I have waited longer than 3 months for my synced content. I will leave the plex universe and can only hope if more people do as well, you may someday wake up and listen to your very patient user base.
Based on your false advertising “offline synced content “ lies, I will be in contact with your subscription team for a complete refund of my plex lifetime pass.
