New Iphone Update

Since the last update on iPhone, downloaded content has stopped playing. I’ve tried this on both my phones and iPad, the contents plays normally before the update, but stops when you complete the update. Has anyone had any issues, and anyone know on how to solve this.

Hi, thanks for reporting. The engineering team is working on a fix. In the meantime, deleting the downloaded content and re-downloading again fixes the issue.

It takes so long to download all the contents again, could you let us know when this fix will happen?

Hi, hopefully some time next week, but cannot guarantee as engineers are still working on the fix.

I will just note that this isn’t only around deleting and re-downloading content. For some reason NO playlist sync works at all anymore. If I create a playlist and download it / sync it for offline viewing - it does not work at all. New playlists give an error.

This is effecting an iPhone / an iPad / and also Samsung tablet. All these products no longer can utilize syncing of playlists.

PLEASE prioritize download and sync - it’s been so broken for so long and it’s a key component of the product. People expect to be able to nicely / easily download content to a device for offline viewing - it’s VERY essential. This product has not worked for years after initially working quite well for a long time.

Unfortunately, this cannot be applied when travelling without access to the server.
