IP change on plex server

Server Version#: 1.25.2.5319

Had to reset up my network which force an IP change of the Plex server. I can not longer access the server via a web browser https://app.plex.tv/desktop , I can access it via the local IP address address of 192.168.x.x:32400/web . The first time I accessed it via the local IP it said something about not be registered pop up a small setup menu which I just accepted and got in. What needs to be done to get the server registered so it will work with https://app.plex.tv/desktop?

Also when I go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/general it has my server name but states it is unavailable.

Sounds like your network reset did not include updating potential firewall rules or your remote access setup?

I did not have remote access allowed before the change and it worked fine.
